Born in Alachua General Hospital, Kristine (also known as Kristi to her Gainesville friends and family) grew up right here in Gainesville Florida, home of the Gator Nation. Her mother (Linda) graduated from University of Florida and Gainesville High School. Her father (Tommy), originally from Jacksonville, played running back and wide receiver for University of Florida football in the 1960’s alongside Steve Spurrier. Kristine was born in to intense UF Gator community support and enthusiasm that she is still passionate about today. Kristine also graduated from Gainesville High School, Santa Fe College, and attended the University of Florida before graduating with her BA in Business at Saint Leo University, after moving to Tampa, Florida. After living in several other Florida cities, and one short-lived move out West to Santa Fe, New Mexico, she is happy to be back home permanently, where she can flourish among her friends and family and the community she knows so well.

Before her Real Estate career, Kristine developed an extensive background in sales and customer service working in several sales’ manager roles and directing a sales team under her leadership. She consistently reached challenging goals with a disciplined work ethic, and excellent customer relations she has always believed in and focused on. Finding the right solution for every customer and recognizing their genuine satisfaction for the help she provided to them is the same reward she focuses on now, with every customer in her Real Estate career. Kristine possesses a true sense of urgency with all her clients and will not stop until she finds a solution for every challenge, and every customer’s unique situation.

When she is not working, Kristine enjoys all Gator sports events she can attend, and is passionate for Gator football. She has always enjoyed a wide range of water and boating activities including the beach, water skiing, scalloping, lobstering, and a variety of fishing. Spending these times with friends and family is important to her, especially including her beloved Pug, Brutus. Kristine is routinely attending community events, and she is thrilled to be a part of and enjoy all the exciting new growth in Gainesville.
